Oliver developed his career after qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor Wetherall Green and Smith, as a Developer with London Town PLC, Redrow Homes PLC and Tesco Stores PLC.
Oliver is a founding director of King & Co with Jonathan Collins. Oliver is the director responsible for strategic asset reviews on behalf of landowners, identifying development opportunities and maximising income and revenue for clients through financial options analysis. Oliver oversees the creation and management of Joint Ventures with landowners to deliver a property strategy to maximise value.
