Preparing for 2012

Third Form students are now preparing for BBC School Report 2012. Having had a sequence of English lessons on the media and the styles in journalism, a group of about 24 pupils will be selected to follow the news and report it to the nation through this website on March 15th. Pupils from St Albans School have participated in BBC School Report for the last four years, covering subjects as diverse as the General Election, hospital car parking charges, the redevelopment of the St Albans cinema and the cricket World Cup. Over the next few weeks the boys will be learning the tricks of the trade and following stories as they develop in order to be fully prepared for the big day itself.
